In a system where experts from multiple fields are involved in various research collaborations, it is imperative that researchers ensure that each contributor is acknowledged to avoid any subsequent conflict of interest. Unfortunately, many researchers are unaware that, even after publication, questionable studies and research that does not satisfy internationally accepted ethical norms can be retracted.
