You can visit https://www.enago.com/academy/webinars/ to know about the next webinars scheduled. We are currently conducting webinars in English, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Spanish languages.
Q: Who are the speakers for these webinars?
These webinars are conducted by established academic writing and publishing experts with extensive research experience.
Q: What is EST/EDT time zone? What are the webinar timings as per my time zone?
EST stands for Eastern Standard Time, and is 5 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT-5). During summer, most places in this time zone observe Daylight Saving Time and therefore, use EDT or Eastern Daylight Time, which is 4 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT-4). You can check the webinar timings as per your current location by clicking here . Additionally, the webinar date and timings will be displayed on the confirmation message and email, sent after successful registration.
Q: How do I join a webinar?
Once you have registered successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with Join Link. This link will also be shared in reminder emails shared one day and one hour before the webinar starts. Please open this link in your browser at the scheduled time. You should be able to join the webinar, after installation of GoToWebinar software successfully. You can also check the attendee guide for your kind reference.
Q: I have never attended a webinar via GoToWebinar. How do I check the system requirements for successfully joining a webinar?

Q: What is the fee for webinar registration?
There is no registration fee for attending the webinar. It’s free!
Q: What is the duration of the webinar?
Each webinar session is of 60 minutes including 15 minutes live chat-based question and answer session.
Q: After I register, will I get a reminder for the webinar session so that I don’t miss it?
Yes, please be assured you will receive reminders one day and one week before the webinar.
Q: Can I listen to this webinar in my native language?
Currently, we are only conducting webinars in English, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Spanish languages.
Q: Do you organize webinars on request for universities/institutions?
Yes, you can email us at email@example.com with the topic of your choice.
On the webinar day
Q: How can I ask questions to the speaker?
Once you have joined the webinar, you can post your queries in the questions drop-down on GoToWebinar control panel displayed on your screen. You can also post your questions on Enago Academy’s QnA forum.
Q: Can other attendees see the questions I posted?
No, only the speaker would be able to see the queries posted and answer them verbally.
Q: Why should I complete the feedback survey?
You feedback will help us understand the area of improvements and deliver quality webinars in future. It will also help us get an idea of topics that you would want us to conduct future sessions on.
After the webinar
Q: How can I access the webinar recording later, in case I miss to attend this session?
You can visit https://www.enago.com/academy/webinars/ to view the recording. Generally, the recordings are uploaded within 3 days from the date of live webinar.
Q: How can I ask questions after the webinar ends?
You can post your questions on any topic on our Q&A forum and our experts will address them within 48 hours.
Q: Will I receive the certificate of participation for attending the webinar?
No, we do not share the certificates for attending our webinars.
Q: Will I get access to the webinar presentation?
No, we do not share the presentations; however, we do share the webinar recordings which are published on https://www.enago.com/academy/webinars/.
Q: Where can I suggest topic for next webinar?
You can share topic suggestions through the feedback survey shared with the attendees. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
