Enago now accepts WeChat Pay

12th July 2019: Enago recently announced that authors in China can now pay for orders using WeChat. This is a great convenience for Chinese clients since WeChat is the country's most popular payment wallet and social media platform. The WeChat Pay feature also allows the ease of QR code payments within the WeChat ecosystem Enago’s customers in China. With this, Enago now provides WeChat Pay for seamless payments and live customer support chat to authors so that they can manage their business with Enago within the WeChat platform.

China’s progress has been remarkable in the field of science and research. According to a recent report released by the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), China has produced the largest number of scientific publications in the year 2017. While doing so, it has left behind nations like the United States and the European Union. In line with our mission to accelerate global scientific communications, these new features for our Chinese authors enhance the relationship Enago has with its Chinese authors by providing them with convenient services on WeChat messenger.

How to access Enago on WeChat?

Finding Enago on WeChat couldn't be easier for authors. Simply search for EnagoChina on the WeChat platform, click on the account and follow it to start chatting. Additionally, authors can also browse through our WeChat page to read knowledge-rich articles and get updates on our upcoming workshops, webinars, and other announcements. For payments, authors can scan the QR code that appears on selecting WeChat pay as the payment option through the app to seamlessly make payments.
