CRIMSON WINS THE WORLD QUALITY COMMITMENT AWARD 2012!
On October 29, 2012, Crimson’s commitment to excellence in quality gained another international recognition with the World Quality Commitment (WQC) Award in the Gold Category at the 26th International World Quality Commitment Star Award. This award puts Crimson Interactive and its brands—Enago, Ulatus, and Voxtab—in a league of companies that deliver world class services with uncompromised quality.
Crimson has a long-standing reputation for its quality-oriented approach and setting standards for the industry. The World Quality Commitment Award has re-strengthened our belief in the philosophy of treating quality above everything else and striving toward excellence.
The award is also a global recognition of our unceasing efforts toward innovating, creating a work environment that fosters new ideas, and making investments to execute and transform them into processes that deliver. All this, with a constant focus on impeccable quality, drives our operations. The twin editor model, the Editing Quality Management System (EQMS), and the Error-free Words (EFW) scores are just some of pioneering innovations that set Crimson apart. No wonder Crimson is the first English editing service company to be ISO 9001: 2008 certified.
All the brands of Crimson—Enago, Ulatus, and Voxtab—constantly strive for excellence in client servicing. We believe in providing individual attention to each client and understanding that the clients’ “feelings” are always more important than “the facts of a case.” Our customer redressal system and prompt actions on customer requests have helped us achieve 99.55% customer satisfaction. With the World Quality Commitment Award to our credit, we now strive to make that 100%.
Founded in 1984, the World Quality Commitment Awards are presented by Business Initiative Directions (B.I.D.), an organization that recognizes companies worldwide for their implementation and promotion of quality culture. This year, companies from 74 countries gathered to receive the awards in Paris. Voting for the awards is conducted during the B.I.D. World Congress over a period of 10 months, with meetings in Paris, London, Geneva, Frankfurt, Madrid, and New York. Companies are selected on the basis of the QC100 model of Total Quality Management (TQM). This model keeps quality at the center of all company activities, from customer satisfaction to leadership, technology, and business results.
The voting process is a lengthy one, comprising personal encounters with business leaders through mails and online polls. B.I.D. also gathers information through consultation with media, consultancy companies, advertising agencies, trade fairs and exhibits, chambers of commerce, and embassies. All this is analyzed by the World Quality Commitment Award Selection Committee, which makes the final decision to select the awardees.
With its impeccable customer satisfaction record and persistence toward quality-centric innovations atEnago, Ulatus, and Voxtab, Crimson has proved to be the obvious choice in this rigorous selection procedure. Crimson has achieved this recognition only with the support of its clients. The trust of our clients inspires us to further improve our services. We thank you for your inputs and would appreciate your guidance in the future.
