Lately, research integrity has taken the central stage due to the growing number of retractions. These retractions, resulting from issues like data or image manipulation, fabrication, plagiarism, methodological flaws, and unattributed use of AI tools have questioned reliability of published research.<\/p>\n<p>To study retractions\u2019 impact and assess the efficiency of the current systems for ethics\u2019 scrutiny, we released the eighth Research Risk Assessment initiative.
