Viewing these barriers and bridging the gap is essential to ESL researchers for a smooth and successful research and publishing experience.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scimagojr.com\/countryrank.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"broken_link\">Scimago Journal Rank (SJR)<\/a> &#8211; International Science Ranking, \u00a0the number of ESL researchers has been steadily rising, with a significant portion of research output now originating from non-native English speakers. Non-native English-speaking countries, particularly China, Germany, and Japan, exhibit a remarkable surge in progressive research contributions, evident from substantial document outputs and citation impact. China&#8217;s impressive volume of documents, citations, and a substantial H index signifies its growing influence in global research. Germany and Japan also stand out, reflecting a commitment to advancing knowledge. The data suggests that non-native English-speaking nations are making significant strides in various fields, contributing to the diversification and globalization of scientific research.
