New York, USA: With the spirit to learn and expand our knowledge, Enago participated in the renowned London Book Fair (LBF) which was held at Olympia Conference Centre in West Kensington, London. This year marked the 46th anniversary of LBF, one of the largest events in the global publishing calendar. Hosted as a part of London Book & Screen Week, LBF saw participation from more than 25,000 publishing professionals from all over the world and 1,500 publishing organizations during a week-long melange of activities comprising conferences, seminars, and one-to-one meetings. As a platform, LBF acknowledges excellence in international publishing and offers a great opportunity to learn and network. This year Enago was represented by Rajiv Shirke, Enago’s Vice President, Global Operations, and Tony O’Rourke who manages Enago’s operations in Europe.

With eminent keynote speakers sharing their insights on various aspects of the publishing industry, LBF has become an important destination for the global academic publishing community. This year was no different, with discussions on the academic publishing industry covering topics such as publishing resources and technologies for the future; introduction to rights; transition to digital learning technologies and latest policy and publishing models and technologies.
