We work on the principle that our clients expect top-quality editing and professionally qualified editors to work on their documents.
We have a dedicated team of experts who work as full-time members of the quality team. Their role is to keep a check on quality by checking edited documents of our editors monthly and taking care of any quality complaints by our clients. They are also responsible to perform root cause analysis of issues and reach a feasible and quantifiable solution.

Our Achievements
- Enago is one of the very few global editing companies to be awarded the ISO-9001:2008 certification.
- ISO 9001 specifies the basic requirements for a quality management system that an organization must fulfill to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide services that enhance client satisfaction and meet applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- For Enago, this has greatly facilitated in developing a strong editorial foundation, which includes factors such as the following:
- Stringent quality systems
- Strong client feedback systems
- High operational efficiency (internal processes, IT systems, etc.)
- Effective complaint redressal system
The above factors are also why Enago’s systems and processes are considered among the best in the world.
Past Statistics
We guarantee that the quality of the edited document will be of international standards. A testament to this is the fact that of the total number of assignments edited by Enago as of 2011, a negligible percentage (0.45%) of assignments actually qualified as client complaints.
For documented claims, exhaustive quality assessment procedures were undertaken to assess validity, and definite next steps were identified as well as implemented. Following this, around 80% of the clients who were not satisfied with the assessment outcome the first time around came back to us with their next assignment.
We focus on providing good quality consistently, assignment after assignment, and take client complaints very seriously.
Around 92% of our clients attested that they found the redressal system to be satisfactory and were happy with the outcome. The 8% that reported dissatisfaction were followed up , and of this percentage, 80% clients returned to Enago with their next assignment.

To further build upon the above encouraging response from a large majority of our clients, we are making continual efforts to build more robust and effective systems.

What should you do if you have clarifications regarding the edited document?
In such a situation, please contact us within 15 days of the files being delivered to you. When doing so, please specify the points of clarification and the issues, if any. We will respond to your said clarification with the next 24 hours and provide you with the best possible solution and definite next steps.
